Prepare the world for your system

Something, that you'll have to create yourself, because sometimes deployment tools need help.

Required

Before proceeding to deploy, please prepare:

AWS API key, with S3FullAccess permission. In case of customer-provided AWS you have to create a user in IAM, role is not enough;
Your TokenD instance Master's secret seed and public account;
SSL Certificate ARN. You'll need certificate for base.domain and *.base.domain (e.g. tokend.io and *.tokend.io). If you are going to use some custom names (instead of the derived from base.domain), please add them to the certificate too;

You may like to enable:

Separate postgres database server - otherwise all databases will be running on the same ec2 instances as the whole system. This is not very secure, as there is no replicas, backups, and so on. For production use it is much better to set up separate DB servers and use them (you can utilize AWS RDS service for example).
Mailgun account - to enable email notification TokenD uses this mail service;
Coinpayments account - to enable cryptocurrencies integrations, you'll need account in this system;
To enable erc20 integrations you'll need to have reliable ethereum node and account;
To enable stellar integrations you'll need an existing account in stellar.
